The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is gearing up to question Gensol Engineering’s founders, Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi, in connection with an investigation into the unlawful gambling and money laundering operations of the Mahadev Book app. The ED has taken action by seizing more than 500,000 shares of the company, as it suspects that the stock prices were artificially inflated through the use of illegal funds channeled through foreign portfolio investors.
