Goa Police recently apprehended Mohammad Sameer, a resident of Kerala, on charges of possession of more than 110g of high micro-LSD liquid valued at Rs 11 crore. Sameer, operating a guesthouse in Baga, was arrested during a sting operation conducted as he tried to sell LSD to an undercover officer.
