Security forces in India were involved in an encounter with terrorists in the Tangmarg area of Kulgam. This confrontation came in the aftermath of a tragic terrorist attack in Baisaran Valley of Pahalgam, claiming the lives of 28 individuals, including tourists and a member of the Indian Navy. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has vowed a robust retaliation in response to the heinous attack. Authorities have released sketches of three suspected Pakistani individuals believed to be involved in the attack – Asif Fauji, Suleman Shah, and Abu Talha. The search for these suspects is ongoing as security forces remain vigilant in their efforts to combat terrorism in the region.
