According to a report by Nikkei Asia news, Chinese companies are allegedly circumventing high US tariffs by illegally shipping goods as South Korean products. The Korea Customs Service disclosed that these falsely labeled exports amounted to 29.5 billion won in the beginning of 2025, with a staggering 97% of these products intended for the US market.
