Swedish defense company Saab has reported a substantial increase in quarterly earnings and record-breaking sales, driven by the rise in European defense expenditure due to growing geopolitical tensions. However, the company faces uncertainties due to the tariff policies of US President Trump. Saab’s net profit saw a remarkable 53% surge, reaching 1.2 billion kronor, while its operating profit set a new record at 1.5 billion kronor.
