The Indian government has recently announced new guidelines for international travelers entering the country. According to the latest updates, all international passengers must submit a self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal before their scheduled travel. Additionally, travelers are required to upload a negative RT-PCR test report on the portal, which should be conducted within 72 hours of the journey. Passengers must also declare their travel history for the past 14 days and provide contact details and address in India. Moreover, travelers from at-risk countries will have to undergo mandatory 7-day institutional quarantine, followed by 7 days of home quarantine. These guidelines have been put in place to curb the spread of COVID-19 and ensure the safety of the Indian population.
