Indian Banks to Remain Closed on April 26th, 2025, as per RBI’s Weekend Closure Policy. Public and private sector banks in India will observe a holiday on Saturday, April 26th, in line with the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) bi-monthly weekend closure policy. In addition, banks in Himachal Pradesh will remain closed on April 29th to mark Bhagwan Shri Parshuram Jayanti. Meanwhile, banks in Karnataka will observe closures on April 30th for both Basava Jayanti and Akshaya Tritiya. This scheduled closure is part of the regular banking holiday calendar observed across various states in India.
