A significant explosion shook Shahid Rajaee port in southern Iran, resulting in more than 500 injuries. The cause of the blast, which caused severe damage to port structures, is currently unknown. The impact of the explosion was felt as far as 50 kilometers away from the port. First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref has initiated an investigation into the incident. Officials have confirmed that the explosion is not connected to the functioning of oil facilities, which are continuing operations without disruption.
