“ED raids Hyderabad locations in IAS officer Amoy Kumar case for land transaction probe”

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently carried out search operations at five different locations in Hyderabad as part of the ongoing investigation into the case involving IAS officer D Amoy Kumar. The searches were specifically aimed at individuals mentioned in the FIR filed at Maheswaram police station, such as Munawar Khan and Khaderunnisa. The focus of the probe is on suspected fraudulent land transactions and tampering of revenue records concerning a contentious 42-acre plot in Nagaram village. The ED’s actions are part of a broader effort to uncover any potential financial irregularities and illegal activities in connection with the case.
