The Enforcement Directorate (ED) recently carried out searches at five premises in Hyderabad as part of their probe into the case involving IAS officer D Amoy Kumar. The searches were specifically aimed at individuals mentioned in the FIR filed at Maheswaram police station, namely Munawar Khan and Khaderunnisa. The focus of the investigation revolves around suspected fraudulent land transactions and the tampering of revenue records concerning a contentious 42-acre plot in Nagaram village.
