Hospitality leader Oberoi Group is gearing up to launch two new properties in Rishikesh, India, including an 80-key Oberoi ‘vilas’ and a 120-room Trident, in collaboration with Ladhani Group. The move is in line with Oberoi’s growth strategy in the region. Renowned architect Bill Bensley has been roped in to design the resorts, with construction scheduled to commence in early 2026 and completion slated for 2029. The upcoming properties are poised to offer luxurious accommodations and world-class amenities to cater to the growing tourism demand in Rishikesh.
