Tata Electronics has recently revealed its collaboration with Taiwan’s PSMC and Himax Technologies to set up a display manufacturing unit in Dholera, Gujarat. The joint venture, solidified by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), is geared towards enhancing semiconductor chip manufacturing in India. This move aligns with Tata’s existing semiconductor fabrication plant in Gujarat and chip assembly facility in Assam, indicating its steady growth in the semiconductor sector.
