India recently wrapped up a large-scale naval exercise, Tropex, which lasted for three months and saw the participation of 65-70 warships, 10 submarines, and over 80 aircraft. The exercise aimed to test operational readiness and bolster maritime defense, particularly in light of increasing maritime collaboration between China and Pakistan. Notably, the Army, Indian Air Force (IAF), and Coast Guard also participated extensively in the drills, further strengthening joint operational capabilities. The exercise comes at a crucial time when regional maritime security is a top priority.
