Three Bulgarian nationals have been found guilty by a London jury for spying on behalf of Russia, endangering lives in the process. The individuals, acting under instructions from Russian intelligence, carried out extensive surveillance on critics of the Kremlin throughout Europe from 2020 to 2023. They could potentially be sentenced to a maximum of 14 years behind bars, as other members of the espionage cell have already confessed to their involvement in similar activities.
