Indian IT giant Infosys has recently sent out an internal memo to its Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) division, announcing a new return-to-office policy that mandates employees to work in the office for three days per week from April 1 onwards. The company aims to tackle delivery and security concerns by increasing in-person collaboration. The memo emphasized the importance of team availability, accountability, and bridging mentoring gaps that may have arisen due to remote work. Managers who did not meet the minimum attendance requirement of ten days per month were reminded to comply with the hybrid work model.
