A fire broke out at Raj Bhandar, a popular sweet shop located in Pratap Nagar, Nagpur due to a blast in the air compressor of a deep freezer. The incident took place on Friday morning when the shop was not operational, fortunately, there were no casualties reported. Firefighters acted promptly and managed to extinguish the flames by 12:10 pm, averting additional destruction to adjacent buildings. The estimated losses from the fire are approximately Rs20 lakh. The authorities are investigating the cause of the blast to prevent any such incidents in the future.
