A fire broke out at Raj Bhandar, a popular sweet shop located in Nagpur’s Pratap Nagar, due to a blast in a deep freezer’s air compressor. The incident took place on Friday morning when the shop was not operational, fortunately, no casualties were reported. Firefighters acted promptly and managed to control the blaze by 12:10 pm, averting additional harm to neighboring buildings. The estimated damages are approximately Rs20 lakh. The authorities are investigating the cause of the fire to prevent such incidents in the future.
