Foxconn to produce Apple AirPods in Telangana, creating jobs and targeting global markets from April

Foxconn is set to kick off commercial production of Apple AirPods in Telangana, India, starting from April. The company has completed the first phase of its facility, which is expected to generate more than 13,000 employment opportunities. The initial batch of AirPods manufactured at this plant will be exported to the United States and Europe before being made available in the local market. This development marks the AirPods as the second ‘Made in India’ Apple product, following the production of iPhones in the country.
