Bhupinder Singh Hooda downplays BJP’s local election win; Faridabad Mayor-elect vows to address issues

Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has played down the Bharatiya Janata Party’s recent victory in the local elections, highlighting that the party has emerged victorious in similar contests in the past. Meanwhile, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini praised the local bodies for their contribution towards realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision. The BJP clinched nine mayoral positions across Haryana, with the exception of Manesar. Newly elected Mayor of Faridabad, Parveen Joshi, has vowed to prioritize and tackle the region’s pertinent issues.
