A fire broke out at Raj Bhandar, a popular sweet shop located in Pratap Nagar, Nagpur, due to a blast in the air compressor of a deep freezer. The incident took place on a Friday morning when the shop was closed, fortunately with no reported casualties. Firefighters were prompt in their response and managed to control the blaze by 12:10 pm, averting any extensive damage to neighboring properties.
