Maharashtra: 10 lakh new vehicles plying sans high-security registration plates

In a significant move aimed at enhancing vehicle security and standardizing identification, the Indian government has issued a mandate requiring all vehicles registered prior to April 1, 2019, to be equipped with High-Security Registration Plates (HSRPs).
