Michigan police recently made arrests after finding a 9-year-old boy living in appalling conditions alongside mistreated animals, including a deceased puppy in a pizza box. Following a report from AT&T workers regarding the theft of cables worth $30,000, Kelly Walker, Charles Ashbaker, and Douglas Nelson were taken into custody. The individuals are facing charges linked to child abuse, animal cruelty, theft, and additional offenses. The child has been placed under the care of child protective services, while the surviving dogs have been saved.
