In a tragic incident in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kathua district, three terrorists and three police officers lost their lives, while seven individuals, including a deputy superintendent, sustained injuries during a fierce encounter. The confrontation, marked by intense gunfire and explosions, was aimed at militants affiliated with the Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad organization. Following the exchange of fire, operations were temporarily suspended for the night but are scheduled to recommence at daybreak on Friday.
