The accusations involve a purported fake board resolution that granted brand usage rights. This legal dispute has arisen between the Lodha siblings, Abhishek and Abhinandan, regarding the ownership of the ‘Lodha’ name rights. The House of Abhinandan Lodha is currently reviewing the claims made against them.
