Bharatiya Rashtriya Samithi (BRS) Working President KT Rama Rao has pledged to retrieve 400 acres of land belonging to the University of Hyderabad to establish an eco-park resembling Central Park if the BRS party secures victory in the upcoming elections. Rao condemned the existing administration for ignoring the grievances of the protesting student body and indicated the possibility of rallying supporters to protect the university’s land and its ecological diversity.
