Mamata Banerjee slams job scam ruling, vows new hires in 3 months: Bengal education system destabilized.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has expressed her disapproval of the Supreme Court’s ruling to annul more than 25,000 teaching positions following a job scam in the state. She condemned the decision and instead proposed transferring the affected teachers to other roles. Banerjee blamed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPM) for creating turmoil in West Bengal’s education sector and raised concerns about the management of similar recruitment scams. The Chief Minister assured that the state government would provide assistance and initiate new recruitment processes within a span of three months as directed by the court.
