Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to unveil the new Pamban Rail Bridge in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu. The 2.07-kilometre-long vertical lift railway sea bridge is designed to enhance rail connectivity between mainland India and Rameswaram Island. Constructed at a cost exceeding Rs 535 crore, the bridge facilitates high-speed train travel while ensuring seamless maritime passage.
