Farmer leaders vow to continue agitation until demands met, to attend talks with government on May 4.

Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal has affirmed that the farmers’ protest will persist until their demands, such as a legal assurance for minimum support price, are acknowledged. Dallewal, who recently concluded a 130-day hunger strike, highlighted that farmer representatives will participate in the discussions scheduled for May 4 with the government to articulate their requests.
