Prime Minister Narendra Modi marked the 10th anniversary of the Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana by engaging with beneficiaries, where he praised the scheme for its significant contribution to empowering small businesses, particularly women, through the provision of collateral-free loans. The beneficiaries recounted tales of transformation brought about by MUDRA loans, which enabled them to establish themselves as self-reliant entrepreneurs. With over Rs 33 lakh crore of collateral-free loans already sanctioned, the scheme continues to play a crucial role in fostering entrepreneurship and financial independence among individuals across the country.
