Telangana High Court upholds death penalty for 5 Dilsukhnagar blasts convicts in 2013 case.

The Telangana High Court has upheld the death penalty for five Indian Mujahideen terrorists convicted in the 2013 Dilsukhnagar blasts case. The court rejected their appeal, affirming their involvement in the twin bombings that resulted in the death of 18 individuals and left more than 100 injured. These operatives were initially sentenced to death by a special NIA court in Hyderabad back in 2016. The decision by the Telangana High Court reinforces the accountability of the convicts in the heinous terrorist attack.
