Telangana Fire Disaster and Response Emergency and Civil Defence unveiled a cutting-edge firefighting technology at HMDA Grounds in Hyderabad. The introduction of three ‘Rhyno Protect’ robotic firefighters and a state-of-the-art fire tender marks a significant leap in the region’s firefighting capabilities. These robots are specifically designed to endure high temperatures and can be controlled remotely. Equipped with advanced features like high-definition and thermal imaging cameras, the robots promise enhanced efficiency in tackling fires. The hi-tech fire tender, imported from Slovenia, boasts over 100 top-of-the-line lifesaving rescue tools, further bolstering the firefighting arsenal.
