Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela’s first film together has a new theatrical date: April 30, 2027. Moneycontrol reports that T-Series announced the date in a social-media post naming Anurag Basu as director and Bhushan Kumar as producer. The project continues to be described as an untitled romantic musical.

Bollywood Hungama independently confirms the April 30 date and identifies Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar as the producers, with Pritam composing the music. Its report describes an original love story in which music is central to the narrative.
For Sreeleela, the project marks her debut as a leading actor in a Hindi film, following her work in Telugu and Kannada cinema. It also brings her together on screen with Kartik for the first time. Basu directs the pairing, with the romantic-musical format providing the setting for that collaboration.

The official announcement quoted by Moneycontrol uses the word untitled. Earlier promotional material showed Kartik performing with a guitar and a bearded, long-haired look, establishing the music-led presentation of the project before this release-date update.
Bollywood Hungama notes that Tu Meri Zindagi Hai has circulated as a reported title, while an official name remains unannounced. It also says the film is an original story rather than an instalment of Aashiqui. The confirmed date gives audiences a calendar entry; the makers still have the film’s final title to reveal.
