Arvind Kejriwal, the national convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), has issued a stern warning to eradicate drugs from Punjab. Kejriwal has vowed to launch a robust campaign against drug dealers in the state, emphasizing the need to completely eliminate the drug menace. The Punjab Police and administration have stepped up their anti-drug efforts, recently demolishing properties of suspected drug peddlers in Jalandhar district. The state government is focused on conducting extensive operations and providing ample rehabilitation and de-addiction facilities to tackle drug abuse effectively, with the ultimate goal of ensuring the welfare and safety of the community. Kejriwal’s strong stance against drugs comes as a part of AAP’s commitment to fighting against the widespread issue of substance abuse in Punjab.
