The cancelled Twisted Metal game by Sony was said to be a third-person shooter game resembling a Battle Royale title where the objective was to be the “last one standing”. The game was being developed by UK-based Sony studio Firesprite, but unfortunately, it was cancelled last year amidst broader layoffs at PlayStation.
