Around 50 youngsters from Left Wing Extremism (LWE)-affected villages in Chhattisgarh showcased their talents in a volleyball tournament hosted by Bhadradri Kothagudem district police and CRPF at Cherla, near the Chhattisgarh-Telangana border. District Superintendent of Police (SP) Rohit Raju highlighted the significance of the event in engaging with the youth, encouraging sportsmanship, and raising awareness about government welfare programs. The initiative seeks to bolster education, healthcare, and transportation infrastructure in the remote tribal regions. The tournament served as a platform for the young participants to exhibit their skills and foster a spirit of camaraderie. This event underscores the commitment of the authorities towards uplifting the marginalized communities and providing them with opportunities for growth and development.
