A fire broke out at Raj Bhandar, a popular sweet shop located in Nagpur’s Pratap Nagar, due to a blast in the air compressor of a deep freezer. The incident took place on Friday morning when the shop was not operational, fortunately causing no injuries. Firefighters managed to control the fire by 12:10 pm, averting any additional harm to neighboring establishments. The estimated losses from the fire are around Rs20 lakh. The timely response from the firefighters helped in preventing a major disaster at the sweet shop.
