The Madhya Pradesh Government Railway Police has apprehended 18 passengers aboard the Patalkot Express over suspicions of being enticed to convert to Christianity under the guise of financial incentives and prospects of overseas opportunities. The arrests came in response to information provided by Bajrang Dal authorities, leading to a well-coordinated operation by the authorities.
