KPI Green Energy, a leading renewable energy company, has recently announced the acquisition of a substantial Rs 272 crore loan from the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID). This financial boost will be utilized to support a significant portion of its upcoming 50 MW hybrid power project in Bharuch, Gujarat. The project, which combines 75.2 MWp solar capacity with 16.95 MW wind capacity, is set to be a major contributor to the state’s renewable energy goals. Additionally, the project has secured a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited, ensuring a stable revenue stream for the company. The funding from NaBFID is expected to play a crucial role in ensuring the timely completion and successful operation of this ambitious renewable energy project.
