Surat’s DREAM City is set to undergo a remarkable transformation into Bharat Bazaar, an international trade hub with influences from Dubai and Guangzhou. With a substantial investment of Rs 50 crore from the Gujarat urban development department, Bharat Bazaar will showcase luxury retail outlets, artisan villages, museums, and upscale dining options. The project’s objective is to position Surat as a prominent destination for both business-to-consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) trade with the inclusion of malls, wholesale markets, and efficient connectivity. By drawing inspiration from successful global trade centers, Bharat Bazaar aims to elevate Surat’s status on the international trade map.
