Bitcoin April rally hinges on Friday’s PCE inflation report, easing concerns and boosting investor appetite.

Investors in India are eagerly anticipating the Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) report scheduled for release on March 28, as it could impact inflation concerns and drive interest in assets like Bitcoin. The PCE report, measuring US consumer goods and services inflation, might serve as a significant catalyst for Bitcoin, according to Singapore-based digital asset firm QCP Group. The firm highlighted that global trade war worries have been a major obstacle for investor appetite, with tariff concerns expected to persist until at least April 2. Despite positive crypto developments, analysts believe that the PCE report could alleviate inflation worries and potentially trigger a Bitcoin rally in April. CoinGlass data shows that historically, Bitcoin has seen an average monthly return of over 12.9% in April, positioning it as the fourth-best month for price returns. Arthur Hayes, co-founder of BitMEX, forecasts Bitcoin hitting a new high of $110,000 before retracing to $76,500, citing institutional interest and Federal Reserve policies. Juan Pellicer, a senior research analyst, also believes that Bitcoin’s recovery is driven by institutional investments and easing monetary policies, with the potential for hitting the $110,000 mark first. The overall momentum and support levels indicate a positive outlook for Bitcoin’s price movement.
