Income Tax offices across India will be operational from March 29 to March 31, including the weekend and Eid-al-Fitr, to provide assistance to taxpayers before the end of the fiscal year. Both the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) have instructed all tax offices and banks handling government transactions to remain open to ensure the smooth completion of tax-related activities and government payments.
