Civil Aviation Minister Rammohan Naidu Kinjarapu has urged Delhi’s Chief Minister to lower VAT on Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) to avoid flights diverting to the new Jewar Airport in Greater Noida. The Jewar Airport is expected to provide more cost-effective fuel prices than Delhi’s airports. By reducing the VAT on ATF, Delhi can remain competitive and retain airlines operating out of its airports.
