Police in Nagpur have apprehended Faizan Khatib, a member of an Islamist outfit, following ten days of unrest in the city. Khatib, who had relocated from Akola to Nagpur for Eid celebrations, was captured on CCTV footage allegedly inciting violence among the crowds. This arrest marks the third significant apprehension in connection with the recent riots, with Fahim Khan and Hamid Engineer being the other two individuals in custody.
