PM Modi and Muhammad Yunus to Meet at BIMSTEC Summit in Thailand, Dhaka Confirms Requested Meeting.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bangladeshi economist Muhammad Yunus are set to meet during the BIMSTEC summit in Thailand on April 3-4. This meeting will mark their first interaction since Yunus assumed the role of chief adviser. The discussion is expected to cover a range of important issues. While Dhaka has expressed interest in the meeting, New Delhi is yet to confirm its participation. In addition to his potential meeting with Yunus, PM Modi is scheduled to engage in diplomatic talks with other regional leaders and members of the Thai royal family during the summit.
