The Abhinandan Lodha household has lodged a police complaint regarding the use of counterfeit documents to alter the names of its affiliated companies, purportedly by an unidentified party. This development comes in the wake of Macrotech Developers’ allegations of unauthorized ‘Lodha’ branding by the group, currently entangled in a legal dispute concerning the brand identity. A dedicated internal panel has been set up to probe the alleged forgery.
