The Ahmedabad City Crime Branch’s Special Operations Group recently made a significant drug bust near Dastan Circle, seizing 55.34 grams of suspected hybrid ganja worth Rs 1.66 lakh. Acting on a tip-off, the police intercepted a vehicle and arrested the driver, Om Bhargav Patel, in connection with the case. Authorities suspect that the seized ganja was procured from a wanted accused in Vadodara, indicating a potential drug trafficking network spanning multiple cities. The total value of the seized items, including the ganja, is estimated to be over Rs 4 lakh.
