Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to inaugurate the new Pamban Rail Bridge in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu. This 2.07-kilometre-long vertical lift railway sea bridge aims to improve rail connectivity between mainland India and Rameswaram Island. Constructed at a cost exceeding Rs 535 crore, the bridge facilitates high-speed train travel and guarantees seamless maritime navigation.
