BJP MLA T Raja Singh expressed his support for the amended Waqf Bill, claiming it will put an end to ‘land jihad’ in the country. Singh attributed this legislative change to Prime Minister Modi and took a swipe at AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, labeling him as the “biggest enemy of Muslims”. The Ram Navami procession organized by Singh in Hyderabad wrapped up without any untoward incidents, thanks to stringent police measures in place.
