Foreign athletes are taking part in the Pyongyang International Marathon for the first time since 2019, with around 200 runners from different countries joining the event. The marathon is a part of the celebrations honoring the birth anniversary of North Korea’s founder, Kim Il Sung, providing a special opportunity for participants to engage with the local community.
