Skyroot Aerospace, a pioneering spacetech startup from Hyderabad, India, has achieved a significant milestone by successfully conducting a test of the third stage of its Vikram-1 rocket, known as Kalam-100. This test, which showcased an innovative flex nozzle, gathered a wealth of valuable data utilizing state-of-the-art sensors. The avionics for the rocket were meticulously designed by Skyroot’s team, and the test itself was carried out at Solar Group’s test facility located in Nagpur. This successful test firing underscores Skyroot Aerospace’s commitment to pushing the boundaries of space technology and marks a major step forward in India’s ambitious space exploration endeavors.
